FormiD was bij de lancering van Roland's 1ste 3D printer

FormiD was getuige van de lancering van Roland's eerste 3D printer te Londen. De ARM-10 3D-printer is het ideale apparaat om snel een ontwerp te controleren of om een complexe vorm te creëren. De ARM-10 werkt volgens het stereo-lithografieproces met een UV-LED-projectiesysteem. Het bouwt modellen door lagen hars (uit een vat met vloeibare hars) uit te harden. De printer zal voor het eerst getoond worden aan het publiek tijdens de Sign2Com beurs te Kortrijk op de stand van FormiD/Pantoon.
